The most important things you need right now are understanding and empathy. Understanding that you need support to move forward and empathy for the difficult situation you’ve been in. When you work with me, you’ll find I have these in bucketloads because I have been where you are and I’ve felt as you feel now.

Are you working with a therapist and have a history of disordered eating, but (with their approval) wish to have some nutritional support?

By working together with me you can expect to:

✅ have the skills that will help to manage how you eat, such as hunger cues

✅ feel confident in planning meals that fit in with your lifestyle

✅ have guidance on cooking nutritious meals

✅ have the extra support you need to help you achieve your health goals.
