Taking the first step to get help with an eating problem is huge. Realising that you have a difficulty with food can take months or even years because you may not see that your way of eating is causing you difficulties.
I’m here to offer you help to break out of unhelpful cycles and to feel in control again.
The most important things you need right now are understanding and empathy. Understanding that you need support to move forward and empathy for the difficult situation you’ve been in. When you work with me, you’ll find I have these in bucketloads because I have been where you are and I’ve felt as you feel now.

This 1 month programme is for you. We begin with an Initial consultation of approximately 90 minutes. This is where I get to know you, a detailed picture of your concerns, your health, and your lifestyle. We work together to develop a personalised plan, with a some easy to follow steps that fits in with the way you live your life.
This is followed by 3 weekly 30 minute consultations. We will be looking at your progress, work through any challenges you may face, and add appropriate steps to help you continue your journey.
You will reclaim your zest for life, and be confident to use the tools that you have learnt to make positive choices for your weight and your health.

We work together to develop a personalised plan that has a series of easy to follow steps that fits in with your lifestyle. . Here we will look at your progress, and work through any challenges you may face.
At the end of the 3 months you will feel great. You will have established some healthy habits, and have a selection of new skills that you can use going forward.

This programme is for you. We begin with an Initial consultation of approximately 90 minutes. This is where I get to know you, a detailed picture of your health, your weight and your 'weight story'. We work together to develop a personalised plan that has a series of easy to follow steps that fits in with your lifestyle. You will not be alone, I am there to support you and guide you through. We will have a 30 minute consultation every week, and I will be available in between times if needed. Together, we will work through any challenges you may face.
At the end of 6 months, you will feel more in control of your health, feel raring to go, and have the skills you need to live your life to the full.
