Disordered eating, such as restricting food groups, cleanse & detox diets, fad diets and other obsessive weight management regimes can lead to serious eating disorders.

As a specialist eating disorders therapist in London and working online, I’m one of a small number of nutritionists who hold an NCFED Master Practitioner certification in Eating Disorders. So, I have scientifically backed knowledge about how to design comprehensive and effective treatment plans for eating disorders, disordered eating and weight management. I also have a degree in Psychology and have completed voluntary work as a crisis counsellor. I understand people; what makes them act in certain ways, what causes them anxiety and how they can re-align their thoughts and actions for better and sustainable health.

I am also speaking from experience, after struggling with my own eating disorder for many years. I went from a very skinny child to being 5 ½ stone overweight in a very short period of time.  I tried every diet there was, yoyoing between bingeing in secret and restriction. As my weight increased, so did my shame, frustration and hate for myself and my body. When I understood where my struggles were coming from and that I was using food as a coping mechanism, I was able to make long term sustainable changes to how I behave around food. I want to help you do the same.

Fun Facts

My favourite Sunday activity is taking the dogs on a long walk and stopping for a pub lunch.

I love all food, cooking it, experimenting with it, and especially eating it. I love entertaining family and friends.

I enjoy painting, sewing tapestries and reading crime thrillers.

I love travelling. My favourite place in the world to visit was New Zealand.


I could restrict myself really well, or eat everything in site. In 3 months I have become more aware of my behaviours and why I am doing them. I have learnt relaxation techniques to help me reduce them. I have less cravings as I am eating foods that keep me full. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa.
