As a specialist eating disorders therapist in London and working online, I’m one of a small number of nutritionists who hold an NCFED Master Practitioner certification in Eating Disorders. So, I have scientifically backed knowledge about how to design comprehensive and effective treatment plans for eating disorders, disordered eating and weight management. I also have a degree in Psychology and have completed voluntary work as a crisis counsellor. I understand people; what makes them act in certain ways, what causes them anxiety and how they can re-align their thoughts and actions for better and sustainable health.

My favourite Sunday activity is taking the dogs on a long walk and stopping for a pub lunch.
I love all food, cooking it, experimenting with it, and especially eating it. I love entertaining family and friends.
