I believe that we should be able to eat all the food that we love without worrying about our weight. How we eat it, and how much of it we eat plays a part, along with other factors such as sleep, stress, and hormones. But life isn’t all about weight. It’s also about our long term health as well, physical and mental, and how we look after ourselves. I give my clients the skills they need to build consistent healthy habits that fit in with their lifestyle, to stop dieting but still lose weight.
